Abstract

The increasing number of researchers who receive research funds means that more researchers are accessing the Research and Community Service Management System at Universitas Negeri Semarang.  The purpose of this study is to examine the Unnes community service management system and UI/UX design using the User-Centered Design research methodology. This study examines the use of the User-Centered Design Method in UI/UX development for the administration of research and community service applications at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). Using the UCD approach, the UI/UX design of UNNES research and community service applications has been completed successfully. Additionally, the System Usability Scale (SUS) has been used to test the created UI/UX design and assign a score of 83.5.
