Abstract

Safety performance is a benchmark in measuring the success of a project. Construction failures occur in mechanical and electrical work on high-rise building projects with a Design and Build contract. This thesis proposal discusses research plans related to Knowledge base Development of Knowledge Management Mechanical and electrical work processes for High-rise Building Projects with Design and Construction Contracts to improve Construction Safety Performance will be analyzed and evaluated against the knowledge base parameters of the audit process, information system and knowledge management. This research was conducted by collecting data through a questionnaire survey, then processed using statistical methods, namely homogeneity test, data adequacy test, validity test, reliability test, and continued with risk assessment using a risk matrix. Then at each stage, the risk management arising from each activity will also be evaluated to be developed in the method of analysis.
